ISS International SpA is looking for an experienced Senior Offshore Pipeline Engineer to support offshore oil & gas projects. The role involves pipeline design, installation engineering, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams across project phases.Job PurposeLead and execute the design, engineering, and technical assurance of offshore pipeline systems for upstream oil & gas projects, ensuring compliance with international standards and project specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform conceptual, FEED, and detailed design of offshore pipelines (rigid subsea pipelines, risers, shore approaches).Develop and review pipeline routing, alignment sheets, and crossing designs.Execute wall thickness calculations, material selection, and stress analysis.Coordinate installation engineering activities (S-lay, J-lay, Reel-lay methods).Prepare and review key deliverables:Pipeline design basisHydraulic calculations & surge analysisStability analysis (on-bottom stability, upheaval buckling)Thermal expansion & buckling studiesInterface with multidisciplinary teams (process, structural, subsea, installation).Ensure compliance with international codes such as DNV, API, and ASME.Support procurement by preparing technical specifications and bid evaluations.Provide engineering support during offshore installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases.Participate in HAZID / HAZOP / Risk Assessments.Review vendor documents and ensure alignment with project requirements.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Civil / Offshore Engineering.12–18+ years of experience in offshore pipeline engineering.Proven experience in major EPC / EPCI projects, preferably with international operators.Strong knowledge of subsea pipeline design and installation methodologies.Technical SkillsExpertise in pipeline design tools (e.g., OFFPIPE, AutoPIPE, CAESAR II)Other DetailsContract Duration: 1 YearLocation: Egypt
