Title: Organizational Development SpecialistCompany: Target for Chemicals Industry & TradeWe are seeking a highly capable Organizational Development Specialist to join our HR team and play a key role in building and enhancing our organizational infrastructure.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining core OD systems and practices that support organizational growth, operational efficiency, and employee performance.Key Responsibilities:Conduct Job Analysis, develop, and update Job Descriptions.Review and enhance organizational structures and reporting lines in alignment with business needs.Participate in workforce planning and manpower budgeting activities.Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Performance Management Systems.Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and organizational guidelines.Conduct Job Evaluation and contribute to the design and maintenance of salary structures and grading systems.Analyze organizational effectiveness and recommend improvement initiatives.Prepare reports, presentations, and HR metrics to support decision-making.
