Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories through direct outdoor sales activities.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to maximize sales growth.Present, promote, and sell products and services to customers in person, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs as set by management.Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements in alignment with company policies.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Minimum of 10 year of proven experience in outdoor or field sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.Excellent negotiation and closing skills.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
