Bevatel is hiring a Senior Partnership Specialist. This role is critical for managing, cultivating, and expanding relationships with external partners, vendors, and organizations to drive growth and meet our strategic objectives.Key responsibilities for this role would include:Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining long-term partnerships, serving as the main point of contact.Strategic Development: Identifying new partner opportunities to support business growth and expanding existing partnerships.Negotiation & Contracts: Drafting, negotiating, and executing MoUs and partnership agreements.Performance Monitoring: Tracking partner performance against compliance standards, KPIs, and service agreements.Collaboration: Coordinating with internal teams to integrate partner contributions effectively.Reporting: Preparing periodic reports on partner activities, ROI, and program performance.RequirementsEducation & Experience:Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).Professional Experience: Typically 3–5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, account management, or strategic alliances.Industry Knowledge: Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder projects and a solid understanding of [Insert your specific industry, e.g., Tech, NGO, or Finance] landscapes.Technical & Functional Skills:Contractual Literacy: Strong ability to draft and interpret legal documents, such as Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and non-disclosure agreements.Data Analysis & ROI: Proficiency in tracking KPIs and using data to measure the success of a partnership.
