Senior Penetration Tester

Role DescriptionFixed Misr is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Penetration Tester A highly experienced "Ethical Hacker" to lead our offensive security testing.Skillset: * Proven track record in Red Teaming and exploit development.Advanced certifications such as CPENT, OSCP or GXPN.Ability to conduct Network,WebApplication,API, physical security, social engineering,WiFi, and cloud infrastructure testing.Expertise in manual vulnerability exploitation (beyond automated scanning).The Role: They will lead the testing strategy, mentor junior staff, and provide detailed risk reports to SOC Manager regarding critical vulnerabilities.3. Junior Penetration TesterAn entry-to-mid-level offensive security professional.Skillset: * Strong foundational knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and network protocols.Familiarity with tools like Burp Suite, Metasploit, and Nmap.Basic scripting skills and a strong desire to learn offensive methodologies.Certifications like Security +, CND, CEH are preferred.The Role: They will assist the Senior Pentastar in vulnerability scanning, documentation, and executing controlled tests on internal applications.4. GRC Associate (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)A specialized role focused on the administrative and regulatory side of security.Skillset: * Knowledge of industry frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or SOC2.Experience conducting third-party risk assessments and internal audits.Strong technical writing skills for developing security policies and procedures.The Role: This person ensures our security program meets legal and Regulatory requirements, manages our risk register, and helps maintain our compliance certifications
