You will be part of a visionary, customer-focused team with an ambitious mission--to become a trailblazer for digital retail within the Middle East.The Senior People Services Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end execution of core People Operations and personnel services, ensuring operational excellence, legal compliance, and smooth coordination with government entities and labor law offices.This role works closely with the People Services Partner and oversees the practical delivery of HR services, acting as a key operational pillar within the People Operations function.ResponsibilitiesPeople Operations & Personnel AdministrationExecute and manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including all required documentationMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files across HR systemsPrepare, issue, and manage all HR letters (employment letters, salary certificates, experience letters, etc.)Ensure consistency and accuracy of employee data across systems and filesLabor Law & Government RelationsFulfill all labor law-related requirements and requestsConduct regular visits and follow-ups with labor law offices and governmental authoritiesManage social insurance registration, deregistration, and updates in coordination with relevant entitiesEnsure compliance with local labor laws and statutory obligationsCoordination & OperationsWork closely with internal stakeholders (Finance, Payroll, Legal, IT) to support People Operations processesFollow up on operational actions to ensure timely completion within agreed SLAsSupport audits, inspections, and official inquiries related to personnel and labor complianceProcess & ComplianceEnsure all People Services processes are executed in line with internal policies and local regulationsIdentify operational gaps, recurring issues, or risks and proactively propose improvementsSupport continuous improvement of People Operations workflows and documentationRequirementsBachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or a related field5-7 years of experience in People Services, HR Operations, or Personnel AffairsStrong practical knowledge of labor law and social insurance proceduresHigh attention to detail and strong execution disciplineExcellent organizational, coordination, and follow-up skillsComfortable working with HR systems and MS Excel; Zoho experience is an added plusStrong sense of confidentiality and professionalismBenefitsOffice environment: When you come to our b_labs office, you'll find creative workspaces, a well-equipped kitchen, and an open design to foster collaboration between teams.Flexibility: You know best whether you want to work from home or in the office.
