Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers and Executives. Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies. Analyze and interpret advanced performance metrics and marketing funnels. Create strategic plans including content, media, pricing, and financial direction. Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Facilitate and lead client meetings, presenting strategic insights and performance reviews. Monitor market trends, competitive actions, and adapt plans accordingly. Foster high client satisfaction and maintain strong long-term relationships. Ensure accuracy and clarity in all client communications and reports.
