We are redefining outdated, complex systems to empower businesses with real-time visibility, control, and efficiency.Role DescriptionThe Senior Performance & Growth Marketer will develop and execute growth strategies, analyze performance data, optimize marketing campaigns, drive lead generation initiatives, and track key performance indicators. The role requires a mix of analytical and creative skills, with a data-driven approach to enhancing user acquisition and driving business growth.Key Responsibilities:Multi-Channel Management: Build, manage, and scale high-performing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Search (SEM), Meta, and YouTube, with clear budget allocation and performance targets.Campaign Structuring & Scaling: Design scalable campaign structures (account, campaign, ad set level) and define clear scaling strategies based on performance signals.AI-First Acquisition: Oversee Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and GPT-based ad strategies to position Swypex in AI-driven discovery channels.Full-Funnel Optimization: Work closely with Sales to improve conversion rates from MQL → SQL → Closed deals, identifying drop-offs and optimizing each stage.Landing Page & Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with design and product teams to improve landing page performance, CVR, and lead quality.Data & Attribution Ownership: Use Mixpanel, GA4, and Apollo to track performance, build attribution models, and identify high-LTV segments and winning channels.Tracking Infrastructure: Own tracking accuracy across platforms, including GTM, UTM frameworks, and Meta CAPI, ensuring reliable data for decision-making.A/B Testing & Experimentation: Run continuous high-volume experiments (40 ads/week structure), testing creatives, audiences, offers, and funnels.Creative Performance Strategy: Define winning angles, messaging, hooks, and formats based on data insights.Audience Strategy & Segmentation: Build and refine audience strategies (ABM, lookalikes, retargeting, intent-based audiences) to improve targeting precision.Budget Management & Efficiency: Optimize daily and monthly spend to achieve CPA, CAC, and ROI targets while maintaining scalability.Performance Reporting & Insights: Deliver clear, actionable insights on campaign performance, including what’s working, what’s not, and why.Rapid Execution & Optimization: Continuously monitor campaigns and make fast, data-driven decisions to improve performance in real time.Market & Competitor Monitoring: Track competitor activity, ad trends, and new platform features to maintain a competitive edge.Requirements & Technical Skills:Experience: 3–5 years in performance marketing, preferably in B2B Tech or Fintech.Platform Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, & LinkedIn Campaign Manager (Matched Audiences, Value-Based Bidding).Tracking & Analytics: Advanced knowledge of GTM, server-side tracking, attribution models, and hands-on experience with UTM tracking frameworks and Meta Conversion API (CAPI) implementation and optimization.Execution Mindset: Ability to launch and optimize campaigns quickly based on market opportunities.Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (copywriting and auditing capability).
