CompanyAdFirst is a growth advisory and execution business specialised in performance marketing and commercial strategy for DTC e-commerce brands. We operate across two divisions – Consulting and Execution – and we hold ourselves to a standard that most of the industry doesn't.PositionAs Senior Media Buyer, you will own paid media execution across a portfolio of DTC e-commerce clients. This is a full-accountability role – you design the strategy, build and manage the campaigns, drive the results, and develop the junior talent around you. You will work in a Pod/Team in the execution division that is allocated clients 10-15 clients in total. You will work closely with our strategists and CRO specialist to ensure every element of the client funnel is aligned and performing.Key responsibilities:Design paid media strategies from the ground up — platform selection, budget allocation, funnel structure, and testing roadmaps aligned to each client's commercial goalsBuild, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta and Google (Search & Display), with TikTok and YouTube as additional channels depending on client needsMonitor performance daily and apply structured optimisation decisions — scaling what works, cutting what doesn't, and always knowing whyOwn budget pacing, account hygiene, and naming conventions across all accountsSet and track KPIs including CAC, ROAS, CPL, and conversion rate — and clearly articulate performance logic to internal teams and stakeholdersPrepare weekly performance reports and proactively flag risks before they become problemsContribute to internal SOPs, playbooks, and testing frameworksMentor and review the work of junior buyers, raising execution standards across the teamWorking hours: Sunday–Thursday, 10AM–6PM (core with flexibility)Location: Remote (with occasional on-site days - workspace)Benefits: Competitive salary base salary dependent on experience, performance bonus, remote with occasional in-office collaboration, direct ownership of high-growth DTC client accounts, and meaningful progression as the performance division scalesSkills3+ years managing paid media campaigns across Meta and Google for DTC or e-commerce clientsProven experience managing large monthly budgets.Strong analytical thinking — able to diagnose performance issues beyond surface metrics and make structured, data-backed decisionsA clear and proficient understanding of how businesses operate and grow and how to identify bottlenecks.
