Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Senior Pharmacist role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Pharmacist will be responsible for managing day-to-day pharmacy operations, supervising the pharmacy team, dispensing medications, ensuring compliance with regulations, providing expert advice to customers, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The role also involves collaboration with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and the delivery of pharmaceutical services. QualificationsStrong knowledge of pharmacology, medication management, and pharmaceutical care practicesExperience in inventory management, pharmaceutical compliance, and adherence to regulatory requirementsProficiency in team leadership, staff supervision, and pharmacy operations managementExcellent customer service, communication, and patient counseling skillsDetail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skillsProficiency in pharmacy management software and technologyBachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (or higher); licensure as a pharmacist in Egypt is mandatoryPrior experience in a supervisory or senior pharmacy role is preferred
