The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and managing comprehensive project schedules during the engineering and design phases, ensuring seamless transition into execution.𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀Develop baseline schedules, critical path analyses, and resource loading profiles specifically tailored for complex engineering design phases.Coordinate closely with multi-disciplinary design teams (Architectural, Structural, MEP) to define scope packages, interdependencies, and deliverables.Monitor engineering progress, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions or recovery schedules to mitigate potential delays.Prepare detailed progress reports, KPIs, and executive dashboards for senior management and clients.Evaluate and manage extensions of time (EOT) claims and risk assessment registers related to the design scope.𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Postgraduate studies in Project Management are highly desirable.𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: A minimum of 7–10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with a distinct focus on engineering design consultancy projects.𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced Excel.
