This role is essential in supporting project delivery through effective planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting. The Planning Engineer will work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and in line with contractual requiremenSkills and Qualifications:Project Planning & SchedulingDevelop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using approved planning tools and methodologies. Ensure alignment with project scope, milestones, and contractual timelines.Progress Monitoring & ReportingMonitor project progress against approved schedules, identify variances, and prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules for management review.Coordination & Stakeholder SupportCoordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and site teams to gather inputs, resolve planning issues, and support decision-making processes.Risk Analysis & MitigationIdentify schedule risks and delays, perform impact analysis, and propose recovery plans and mitigation measures to maintain project timelines.Resource & Cost Planning SupportAssist in resource loading, productivity analysis, and coordination with cost control teams to ensure alignment between schedule and budget.Skills and Qualifications:EducationBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction, or a related discipline).ExperienceMinimum 3–7 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within construction or infrastructure projects. Experience in EPC, marine, or large-scale infrastructure projects is a plus.Technical Skills & KnowledgeProficient in planning software such as Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, project controls, and reporting techniques. Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills. High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
