Job purpose: To support with scheduling and planning activities of the project as per contract requirements in addition to providing strategies & material. To ensure that all project regulations are implemented. Key accountabilities and decision ownership: 1. Prepare of Project Schedule covering the entire scope and within defined timelines.2. Plan for the budget required for the project and monitor expenses as the project is executed.3. Calculate Optimal Material requirement, Manpower Requirement for each stage of the project.4. Coordinate with the project manager and different departments to ensure good execution of the plan.5. Create cash flow forecasts for each project.6. Coordinate with the client to ensure efficient execution for the project.7. Attending periodic meetings, at the level of projects.8. Create variance reports including Schedule Variance and Cost Variance Earned Value Method at various stages of the project to analyse deviations.
