The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and maintaining project schedules while ensuring effective coordination with project stakeholders to achieve project objectives on time and within scope.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling tools.• Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to identify project requirements, milestones, and constraints.• Analyze project schedules to identify critical paths, resource constraints, and potential schedule conflicts.• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on schedule performance.• Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies to minimize delays.• Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and progress updates for stakeholders.• Participate in project meetings and provide planning insights and recommendations.• Ensure planning activities comply with project objectives and contractual requirements.Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.• 5–10 years of experience in Planning Engineering.• Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience using Primavera P6.• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and project controls.• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and related planning tools.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Language Requirement:• English Level: B2 – C1 (Fluent English is mandatory).If you meet the above requirements and are looking for a new career opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
