Senior Planning & Landscape Architect

Responsibilities:Lead the development of master plans and landscape designs, ensuring cohesive integration with project objectives, client requirements, and environmental considerations.Oversee all phases of planning, from initial site assessments to design development, construction documentation, and implementation.Collaborate with internal teams, architects, engineers, and external consultants to create sustainable and aesthetically aligned landscape designs.Conduct site analysis, including evaluating topography, climate, and site conditions, to inform effective master planning strategies.Develop and present landscape design concepts, renderings, and detailed plans for stakeholder review and feedback.Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning codes, and environmental standards throughout the planning and design process.Prepare cost estimates, project budgets, and timelines for landscape and master planning components.Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and materials for landscape installations.Coordinate with project managers to track progress and address any design adjustments required during implementation.Stay updated on best practices, trends, and advancements in landscape architecture and master planning.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape and master planning, preferably with a focus on residential and commercial projects.Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.Excellent conceptual design skills, with a demonstrated portfolio in master planning and landscape architecture.Familiarity with environmental and sustainability practices in landscape design.Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
