Process Improvement (70%):Monitor key performance indicators such as scrap rate, defect rate, and OEE.Create and update necessary working instructions on the line.Develop, capitalize, and share know-how for oneself and the plant (standards, training, etc.).Solve problems in the case of quality complaints, defects, or breakdowns.Demonstrate capabilities in manufacturing process development for new and existing products.Perform process trials to provide process improvement and document them.Conduct root cause analysis for process-related challenges and implement appropriate controls.Improve the individual and collective competencies of the factory.Develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and P-FMEA for the factory and keep them up to date.Perform process trials to support double sourcing projects.Execute DOEs to optimize process parameters.Follow up on control tools and techniques to maintain the quality level of the process like SPC. (70%)Responsible for conducting Measurement System Analysis (MSA), including Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (R&R) studies, to ensure machine repeatability and operator reproducibility.Responsible for defining and validating the tolerances on tool drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and manufacturing capability.Supports other sites (Tunis, Romania, and France) in conducting trials and ensures alignment of results.Projects and Studies (15%):Participate as an expert in various projects including new product development, machine evolution, process improvements, and machine connectivity.Investigate to discover new technical process solutions, including innovation and potential suppliers.Participate as an expert to define a robust process for new projects that align with our KPIs. Training and Polyvalence (5%):Train newcomers and develop process technicians.Replace and support other process Engineers when needed. Cost Reduction (10%):Track and optimize the consumption of raw materials and consumables.validating the feasibility of cost reduction projects in collaboration with the R&D.Research and approve a new supplier and material with the cross-functional team. This means working on Saturdays every 6 or 8 weeks and being available for calls during night shifts in case of problems or emergencies.Many technical issues and breakdowns, making it challenging to plan actions.Numerous validation and trial activities that require technical validation and may need to be repeated multiple times. Persistence is key.RECRUITMENT PROFILE:Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.Relevant experience: 3 to 7 years in process engineering or a related role in an industrial environment.
