Job Purpose:To perform all Technical Procurement activities related to the Contracting/Purchasing of systems, equipment and material for all Company projects in order to obtain optimum quality, cost, terms in accordance with projects’ requirements.Roles & Responsibilities:Prepare both technical and financial comparisons, negotiate subcontracts/P.O. s terms with subcontractors/suppliers in order to obtain optimum quality, cost, terms in accordance with projects’ requirements.Review catalogs, support in adding new Suppliers in different trades.Study project drawings, specifications and related documents & review tender’s proposal, technical, and financial documents.Issue and handle Requests for Quotations RFQ’s to subcontractors/suppliers, using the e procurement and updating the Tracking systems.Obtain and file quotations from local and international subcontractors/suppliers.Prepare submittals for consultant’s/client’s approval in line with the selected vendor and as per the department standards.Prepare and process letters of intent, purchase orders and Subcontracts for sub-contractors/suppliers.Ensure that employee is working according to the company HSE policies and regulations, and fully aware of his job risk assessment and environmental aspects.MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:Education/ Qualifications: BSC Engineering Professional Certification.Work Experience: minimum 4 - 5 years of experience.Language: Very good command of the English language and other Foreign Languages shall be an asset.Computer Skills: Microsoft Office 2 Internet skills, familiar with AutoCAD
