Senior Project Manager (ERP Consulting & Service Management)

Guru Hits looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (10+ years of experience) to lead ERP consulting projects and oversee service delivery operations across multiple clients and engagements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, service management processes, and ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with SLAs and customer expectations. Social Insurance Medical Coverage Hybrid Work Model Travel Opportunities Semi-annual Bonuses Requirements 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting projects ( Preferably Oracle) Strong background in service management and ITIL processes Proven experience in managing ticketing systems and support operations Experience in defining and managing SLAs and KPIs Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Experience in managing cross-functional ERP teams (functional & technical) Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end ERP implementation and support projects across multiple clients Oversee service management operations , including incident, request, and change management processes Manage and monitor ticketing systems , ensuring proper assignment, tracking, and resolution within agreed timelines Define, implement, and monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction Coordinate between functional, technical, and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery Act as the primary escalation point for critical issues and client concerns Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and service dashboards Ensure proper resource allocation and utilization across projects and support activities Drive continuous improvement in service delivery processes and operational efficiency Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring alignment on expectations and deliverables
