As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning and execution of complex fit-out projects. You will serve as the senior point of contact for clients, manage internal project teams, and ensure all projects meet performance, quality, and financial targets. Project Leadership & DeliveryLead the end-to-end management of multiple fit-out projects simultaneously, from concept and feasibility through to handover and close-out.Develop and manage project execution plans, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets.Monitor project progress against critical path timelines and proactively address risks and delays.Ensure high-quality fit-out execution through strong collaboration with designers, contractors, suppliers, and consultants.Other tasks as required.Client ManagementServe as the primary client interface, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.Translate client requirements into clear project scopes, deliverables, and performance objectives.Lead client meetings, design coordination sessions, and progress reviews, providing expert guidance and solutions throughout.Commercial OversightPrepare, manage, and track project budgets, including cost planning, value engineering, and financial reporting.Review and manage procurement strategies for subcontractors and suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards.Administer contracts and manage commercial risk, ensuring compliance with relevant terms and conditions.Team LeadershipLead, coach, and develop a team of project managers, assistant project managers, and coordinators.Set team objectives, ensure appropriate resource allocation, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture focused on accountability and excellence.Health, Safety & QualityEnsure all fit-out projects meet health & safety requirements and statutory compliance.Enforce quality control procedures to uphold design integrity and workmanship standards.Manage site inspections and audits, and address non-conformities or corrective actions as needed.Stakeholder CoordinationEngage and coordinate with landlords, consultants, statutory authorities, and third parties as required.Resolve site or design conflicts in collaboration with contractors and consultants.Business Development & Strategic InputContribute to the growth and positioning of the firm by identifying new business opportunities.Support proposal development, fee structuring, and client presentations.Provide strategic insight into improving delivery frameworks, operational processes, and client services.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).Professional certifications such as PMP, MRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent are highly desirable.Minimum 15 years of project management experience with a strong focus on high-end fit-out projects.Demonstrated leadership in delivering complex, multi-million-dollar fit-out projects.Strong technical knowledge of fit-out systems, finishes, compliance, and sustainability considerations.Excellent client-facing, negotiation, and communication skills.Advanced financial and contractual acumen.Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar platforms.
