Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Property Consultant will engage in providing expert real estate advice to customers, identifying their needs, and delivering tailored property solutions. Key responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, guiding them through the buying or leasing process, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves staying informed about market conditions and trends to offer valuable insights to clients. QualificationsExperience in Consulting and Sales, with the ability to advise clients and drive property transactionsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with prospective and current clientsKnowledge or experience in the Real Estate industryProven ability to work independently and achieve sales targetsExceptional organizational and time-management skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferredFluency in Arabic and English is an advantage
