The consultant will oversee the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and closing deals for residential and commercial units. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on investment opportunities, matching client needs with suitable properties, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate documentation and CRM records.
