Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for a Senior Property Consultant. The role involves engaging with clients to provide expert consulting and guidance on property sales and purchases, offering top-of-the-line customer service, and supporting clients throughout their real estate journey. The consultant will also be responsible for managing sales processes, including negotiations, and identifying market opportunities to achieve sales targets. Qualifications Proficiency in Consulting, Sales, and Real Estate advisoryStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationshipsProven ability to identify client needs and provide suitable property solutionsExperience in analyzing market trends and promoting property investment opportunitiesBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related fieldPrevious experience in real estate sales or brokerage is an advantageSelf-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindsetFluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
