The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for advising and guiding clients on real estate investments, understanding client needs, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales. Additional duties include providing consulting in real estate transactions, maintaining an in-depth understanding of the market, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires proactive engagement with potential clients and the development of tailored solutions for their property requirements.QualificationsProven expertise in Consulting with the ability to provide strategic advice on real estate investments.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and maintain strong relationships.Strong Sales skills with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.In-depth knowledge and experience in the Real Estate industry, including market trends and property regulations.Highly organized, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to achieve results.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in CRM software and other tools relevant to real estate sales and marketing.Fluent in English and/or Arabic.
