The company values professionalism, integrity, and long-term client relationships.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Property Consultant role based in Giza. The Senior Property Consultant will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and closing deals. Responsibilities include advising clients on suitable properties, market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities, while maintaining a strong pipeline through follow-ups and referrals. The role involves preparing and reviewing property listings and documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring all transactions comply with company policies and local regulations. The Senior Property Consultant will also be expected to build and maintain long-term client relationships, achieve sales targets, and represent Iskan Real Estate professionally in all interactions.QualificationsStrong Real Estate knowledge, including local market trends, property types, and investment fundamentals.Proven Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in property or related industries.Excellent Consulting and advisory skills to understand client needs and propose suitable property solutions.Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and manage negotiations.Previous experience as a Property Consultant, Senior Property Consultant, or similar real estate role.Ability to work on-site in Giza, manage multiple clients and properties, and maintain accurate records.Proficiency with CRM tools, property listing platforms, and basic office software.Relevant real estate certifications or licenses are an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
