Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective buyers, presenting available properties, conducting site tours, and explaining project features, pricing, and payment plans. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and closing, while maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales systems. The Senior Property Consultant will build and maintain strong client relationships, follow up on inquiries, handle customer concerns, and provide market insights to support sales strategies. The role also includes collaborating with marketing and sales teams, staying current on market trends, and representing KAF Developments at events and client meetings.Qualifications Strong consulting skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.Excellent communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and professional negotiation abilities.Proven customer service capabilities, ensuring positive client experiences before and after sales.Demonstrated sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in property or related fields.Solid understanding of the real estate market, property valuation basics, and local regulations.Previous experience in real estate sales or property consulting, preferably in similar developments or locations.Ability to work on-site in 6th of October, manage multiple clients, and maintain organized documentation.Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive client interactions.
