Position Overview: As a Senior Property Consultant specializing in luxury properties and serviced apartments, you will provide expert guidance to clients seeking high-end residential options, including private residences and premium serviced apartments. Your role is essential in delivering exceptional service and market expertise.Key Responsibilities:Sell TMG's branded residences using comprehensive negotiation techniques.Build and maintain positive business relationships, establishing rapport with customers.Reach out to customer leads through referrals and other means.Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within specified deadlines.
