Team members join a culture that values professional excellence, collaboration, and client-centric service.Role Description The Senior Property Consultant will be a full-time, on-site role based in Sheikh Zayed City, responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of buyers, sellers, and investors. Daily tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and providing expert real estate advice tailored to each client’s needs and budget. The role involves preparing and presenting property proposals, negotiating offers, and guiding clients through the full transaction lifecycle, including documentation and closing. The Senior Property Consultant will monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to advise clients accurately and help shape sales strategies. The role also includes maintaining updated listings, using CRM tools, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and follow-up.Qualifications Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to assess client needs and provide strategic real estate recommendations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear presentation, listening, and negotiation abilities.Proven track record in customer service, with a commitment to responsiveness, professionalism, and long-term relationship building.Demonstrated success in sales, including pipeline management, deal closing, and meeting or exceeding targets.Solid understanding of the real estate market, preferably in Egypt, including property types, pricing, and regulatory considerations.Previous experience as a Property Consultant, Senior Property Consultant, or a similar client-facing real estate role.Proficiency with CRM systems, digital communication tools, and basic office software.High level of integrity, accountability, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Fluency in English and Arabic is highly advantageous.
