The Senior Property Consultant will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing property transactions and providing after-sales follow-up. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients to assess needs, presenting suitable properties, conducting site visits, and advising on market trends, pricing, and investment potential. The role involves preparing and reviewing proposals, coordinating with developers and internal teams, and ensuring all documentation and contracts are completed accurately and on time. The Senior Property Consultant will also maintain an updated portfolio of properties, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets while upholding the company’s client-first values.QualificationsStrong consulting skills, including needs analysis, advisory selling, and providing tailored property solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly and negotiate effectively.Proven customer service capabilities, with a focus on building trust, managing expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction.Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Solid understanding of the real estate market, preferably in Cairo and surrounding areas, including developers, projects, and pricing trends.Relevant experience in a senior or lead property consultant role is highly preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools; ability to prepare professional presentations and reports.Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is preferred.
