Commercial Property Consultant

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Property Consultant role based in New Cairo. The Commercial Property Consultant will manage a portfolio of commercial real estate opportunities, including offices, retail units, and mixed-use developments, guiding clients from initial inquiry through deal closure. QualificationsStrong Consulting skills, including needs assessment, solution-oriented advisory, and client relationship management.Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, with confident presentation and negotiation skills.Bachelor’s degree in any field.Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office (or Google Workspace) for reporting and documentation.Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, manage field visits, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Fluency in English and Arabic is highly beneficial.Previous experience in real estate brokerage, property consultancy, or investment advisory is an advantage.Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
