Joining the team means working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with exposure to prime developments.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Property Consultant role based in New Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and supporting clients post-sale. Responsibilities include conducting property consultations, presenting suitable projects and units, organizing site visits, and providing accurate information on prices, payment plans, and legal documentation. The role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, responding promptly to inquiries, and delivering a high standard of customer service. The Senior Property Consultant will also collaborate with internal teams, stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings, and meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.QualificationsStrong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable real estate solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to present properties clearly and build trust with diverse clients.Proven customer service experience, with a focus on responsiveness, follow-up, and client satisfaction.Demonstrated sales skills, including negotiation, closing, and pipeline management within target-driven environments.Solid understanding of the real estate market, preferably in Egypt, including projects, developers, and market trends.Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and conduct regular client meetings and property visits.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple leads and priorities.Proficiency in basic office and CRM tools to track leads, update records, and prepare client proposals.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in a senior property consultant, real estate sales, or related role is highly advantageous.
