The Senior Property Consultant will work directly with clients to provide expert real estate consulting services. Responsibilities will include managing client relationships, assisting with property sales and acquisitions, advising customers on the real estate market, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service and providing transparent and professional guidance at all stages of the property lifecycle. Qualifications Proven experience in Consulting and Real Estate, with a strong understanding of property markets and industry trendsExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build strong and trustworthy client relationshipsDemonstrable expertise in Sales with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to achieve and exceed targetsStrong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skillsAbility to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing market demandsProficiency in using property management software and tools is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in the Cairo real estate market is a plus
