With your experience in mobile and web testing, you will help create robust products that meet the needs of both event organizers and attendees. You will actively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the development team and UI/UX designers, to continuously improve the platform.Must have: we expect you to bring a product-oriented mindset, proactively suggest improvements, and provide valuable feedback beyond basic test execution.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough manual testing of both mobile and web applications, focusing on event ticketing and marketplace functionality.Create, manage, and maintain detailed test cases and checklists to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.Analyze competitors in the event ticketing space and contribute new ideas for enhancing the platform.Collaborate closely with the development team, UI/UX designers, and the CTO to ensure product quality and usability.Provide detailed feedback on user experience, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.Manage and maintain JIRA, ensuring all issues are properly documented, tracked, and prioritized.Own and manage the product backlog in coordination with the CTO and the development team.Report directly to the CTO, providing regular updates on testing progress, challenges, and improvements.QualificationsProven experience in both mobile and web testing, with a strong background in e-commerce and marketplaces.Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.Proactive mindset, ready to analyze products, think creatively, and provide solutions.Experience working closely with development teams and contributing to product development.Strong organizational skills, especially in managing JIRA and product backlogs.Ability to perform competitive analysis and suggest product improvements.Self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly motivated.Good to haveUnderstanding of blockchain and NFT technologyKnowledge of test automation tools and experience in implementing automated tests
