Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) for architectural works Review architectural drawings, specifications, and material submittals for compliance Conduct inspections and tests on site to ensure work meets approved standards Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to quality procedures Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project manager on quality-related matters Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure proper corrective and preventive actions Prepare and review Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and method statements Ensure materials delivered to site meet project specifications and approvals Lead quality audits and internal/external inspections Maintain documentation, records, and quality reports Support project handover by ensuring all quality documentation is complete QualificationsBachelor’s degree in architecture engineering.ExperienceMinimum 5–15 years of experience in construction quality control Strong experience in architectural finishes, fit-out, and façade works Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and standards Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASTM, ISO, BS, etc.) Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Effective communication and coordination skills Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, and QA/QC systems Key DeliverablesQuality inspection reports NCR logs and corrective action reports Material approval records Audit reports Final handover documentation
