Key Responsibilities1. Technical OversightReview and approve shop drawings, and technical submittals. Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards. Coordinate between design, site, and client teams to resolve technical issues. 2. Project CoordinationLiaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and budgets. Lead technical meetings and provide solutions to design or execution challenges. 3. Documentation & ReportingManage all project documentation (drawings, RFIs, submittals, BOQs). Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and cost estimates. 4. Team ManagementSupervise and mentor technical office engineers. Distribute tasks and ensure productivity within the team. Evaluate team performance and provide guidance. 5. Cost Control & EstimationReview quantity take-offs and cost estimates. Monitor project costs and suggest value engineering solutions. Assist in tendering and contract administration processes. 6. Quality AssuranceEnsure all deliverables meet quality standards. Conduct regular reviews and audits of drawings and documents. Implement best practices in architectural detailing and execution. Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Architecture engineering. 10–15 years of experience in architectural technical offices . Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design/management software. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred SkillsExperience in large-scale or multidisciplinary projects. Familiarity with BIM processes and coordination. Strong understanding of contracts (FIDIC is a plus).
