Responsibilities:Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control processes for architectural projects to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Documentation Review: Review architectural plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure all quality requirements are met.Inspection: Conduct inspections at various stages of construction to verify adherence to design specifications and quality standards.Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on quality assessments, including findings and recommendations for improvements.Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.Training: Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality control procedures and best practices.Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of quality management systems.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering is a must .Proven experience in quality control within the construction, railway or monorail experience is a must Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
