ManagementParticipate in Managing the maneuvering of the site quality staff.Participate in manage, motivate, train, and develop project quality staff and evaluate the effectiveness of the training.Ensure the achievement of the quality department's vision, mission, and objectives at project level.Monitor and evaluate direct reports’ performance and report the results to the relevant PQM.Contribute to building the capabilities of HAC by sharing knowledge, tools, documentation, best practice, and lessons learned developed at the project level.Participate in providing any documents requested by the Quality Core team at the required time.Inspect and clear all material deliveries at SAP system within the agreed inspection time.StartupSecure approval of all project required quality documentation “i.e. PQP, ITPs, QMP’s, WPS’s, PQR’s and specific quality procedures, forms, etc.”Secure approval for the concrete manufacturer.Secure approval of 3rd party for testing servicesCoordinate with the project Construction Manager/Site Manager the 3rd party lab location and secure its readiness.Acquire & review the testing quality plan from the 3rd party and secure its approval.Approval of concrete mix designs and trail mixes (including concrete ingredients sources)Execution Lead the Project Quality staff in providing guidance and support to the project in all quality-related issues and monitor their performance.Participate in the issuance of the Project Quality Monthly Reports, including KPIs and Cost of Quality, to the Project Quality Manager and propose actions for hot issues, if anyMonitoring of overall implementation of the Quality Management System at sitePerform Quality walkthroughs for the project and oversee the overall project quality status.Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements.Review the method statement prepared by the construction department or submitted by S/Cs.Ensure compliance of the supplied permanent materials.Monitor of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR’s) and the necessary follow-up of Corrections and Corrective actions.Responsible for overseeing/ audits of Subcontractors/ suppliers Quality Management systems.Issue all Quality reports for the project.Identifying, eliminating, managing risks related to poor quality via NC alerts.Managing testing agencies and 3rd parties within the project area.Monitoring the 3rd parties’ performance (attendance to test locations, quality & consistency of the issued test reports, and individual’s qualifications)Identify and report to the PM any waste events.Have no authority to change or deviate from the contract Specifications/Drawings till sitting the client approval.Perform regular 1st party audit over different project departments.Ensure the implementation of calibration, measuring, and testing procedureCloseoutProject handing over. For example, ensure and provide all required support, if needed to close all snag lists, ensure that relevant records and appropriate handing over related documents are maintained and retained following the Quality Management System.Assure that all live quality documents (IR’s MIR’s, NCR’s and test reports) are complete, scanned, and filed in a manner matching the requirements of the contract or as agreed with the clientAssure that all external/internal NCR’s are closedManaging the issuance and closure of punch lists till acquiring the Taking over certificates (partial and final)Assure that the IT dept. had backed up and sorted the scanned documents in a retrievable form.Prepare the project Quality close-out report.Capture and document lessons learned and best practice
