About The RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior React Developer to design, build, and maintain complex frontend features for modern web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering scalable, high-performance user interfaces and ensuring seamless data synchronization, even in environments with intermittent connectivity.In this role, you will collaborate closely with backend engineers, QA teams, and product stakeholders to deliver robust, maintainable, and user-friendly solutions while following modern frontend development best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain scalable frontend applications using React.js and TypeScriptImplement and manage application state using Redux ToolkitBuild high-performance and complex data tables with features such as filtering, sorting, pagination, and virtual scrollingDesign and implement multi-step form workflows with validation using React Hook Form and schema validation librariesDevelop and maintain offline-capable data flows using browser storage technologies such as IndexedDBIntegrate and extend map or GIS-based functionality, including annotations, overlays, and coordinate trackingWrite clean, maintainable, and reusable code using modern React patterns such as functional components and custom hooksIdentify and resolve performance issues related to rendering, memory usage, and large datasetsCollaborate with backend teams on API integrations and data contractsParticipate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussionsContribute to technical documentation and onboarding materialsRequirements5+ years of experience in frontend development with strong expertise in React.jsProficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScriptExperience with Redux Toolkit or other state management librariesExperience building complex, data-driven UI applicationsFamiliarity with REST APIs and backend integrationStrong problem-solving, performance optimization, and teamwork skillsBenefitsHybrid working modelSocial and medical insuranceTransportation
