Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ReactJS Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications using ReactJS and modern front-end technologies. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital products.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain responsive, reusable, and scalable front-end applications using ReactJSTranslate UI/UX designs and business requirements into high-quality, efficient codeArchitect and implement front-end solutions that ensure performance, security, and maintainabilityLead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and promote best development practicesCollaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Backend Developers, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycleOptimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibilityDevelop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party servicesTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issuesWrite clean, well-documented, and testable code while ensuring adherence to coding standardsMentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and technologiesQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field5+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience using ReactJSStrong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end development principlesExtensive experience with React Hooks, Context API, Redux, and state management librariesSolid understanding of component-based architecture and responsive design principlesExperience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs and working with JSON data structuresFamiliarity with version control systems, particularly GitExperience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing LibraryKnowledge of build tools and package managers, including Webpack, Vite, and npm/yarnExperience working within Agile/Scrum environmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Next.js and Server-Side Rendering (SSR)Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platformsUnderstanding of micro-frontend architecture and design patternsKnowledge of performance optimization, accessibility standards, and web security best practicesRequired CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesLeadership and mentoring capabilitiesAbility to work effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environmentsStrong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
