You will work across system integration, API-related use cases, operational support, and service visibility, partnering with internal teams to help maintain reliable platforms and address technical issues that affect service continuity.ResponsibilitiesDevelop responsive fixed and FWA use cases related to CPE managed by HDMDefine new APIs for use cases, including input calls and output resultsMaintain the HDM systemTrack CPE connection issuesDevelop and design Splunk dashboards for fixed CPE statisticsSupport integration between HDM and third-party systems to make HDM functions available through themTroubleshoot missing or non-provisioned CPE issues with network fixed and security teamsRequirements3-5 years of professional experience in systems administration, automation, or a closely related infrastructure roleStrong experience in Windows Server AdministrationStrong experience in Linux Administration (Red Hat, CentOS, and Solaris)Hands-on experience with Oracle WebLogic AdministrationExperience in Database Administration (SQL Server, Oracle Database, MySQL, or PostgreSQL), including basic database management, SQL queries, backup, and restoreProficiency in Python, Bash, and PowerShell scriptingGood understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and XMLExperience with API design and testing using Postman and SwaggerAbility to build and integrate APIs based on technical documentationExperience troubleshooting network connectivity issuesKnowledge of Fixed Network Connectivity, including Fixed Gateway, BNG, Edge Routers, Firewalls, and Gated Community networksKnowledge of Mobile Internet Connectivity, including GGSN, NAT/IP addressing, and Fixed Wireless Access (FWA)Knowledge of Core Network Connectivity, including Firewall Policies, PE Routers, IP Networking, and SwitchingVendor managementExcellent English communication (spoken and written)Eligible to work in EgyptBenefitsHybrid working modelSocial and medical insuranceTransportation
