The individual in this role will manage a portfolio of properties, guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process, and provide expert advice on market trends and property values. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property viewings, negotiating offers and contracts, maintaining accurate listings, and ensuring high-quality client service throughout each transaction. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, monitoring real estate development opportunities, and contributing to sales targets while upholding Coldwell Banker’s professional and ethical standards. The Senior Real Estate professional will also help mentor junior team members and support business development initiatives within the local market.Qualifications Strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including market analysis, valuation, and transaction processes.Proven experience in Sales and Real Estate Development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and handle complex inquiries.Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site across Cairo locations, manage multiple deals simultaneously, and maintain detailed documentation.Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Familiarity with CRM systems, property listing platforms, and basic MS Office tools.High level of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to local real estate laws and regulations.
