The consultant will manage end-to-end real estate sales activities, including prospecting clients, presenting property options, and guiding clients through negotiations and closing. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market, preparing sales proposals, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the transaction process. The consultant will deliver high-quality customer service, respond to client inquiries, and provide expert advice aligned with the company’s standards and policies. The role also includes mentoring junior sales team members, supporting training initiatives, and collaborating with internal departments to meet sales targets and enhance the client experience.QualificationsStrong Real Estate Sales and Sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.In-depth knowledge of Hotel Real Estate markets, property types, and transaction processes.Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.Experience in Training or mentoring sales teams, including sharing best practices and supporting performance development.Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred.Advanced communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is strongly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Zayed, manage multiple clients, and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.Familiarity with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and standard office software.Excellent English language speaking, reading and writing.Previous experience in hotel units and commercial sales process.
