The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for lead generation, and driving revenue growth through effective account management. The Senior Sales Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients and maintain high standards of customer service and communication throughout the sales lifecycle.Qualifications3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.Excellent presentation and client management abilities.Fluent English (spoken and written).Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure client needs are met and maintained.Proven experience in Account Management to build and nurture long-term partnerships with clients.Proficiency in Lead Generation and techniques for identifying and capturing new business opportunities.Exceptional Communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.Ability to manage a high-pressure sales environment and meet targets effectively.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Experience in the esports, gaming, or entertainment industry is an advantage.
