Job DescriptionThis is a full-time, headquartered position for a Senior Sales Representative in Real Estate. The role involves managing and contacting fresh clients from Campaign Lead Generation, building strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include supervising the sales team, leading training initiatives to enhance performance, and developing sales strategies to drive business growth. The role also involves coordinating with the Sales Manager to ensure sales targets are met, customer satisfaction is maintained, and the sales funnel is managed efficiently.QualificationsExcellent communication and customer service skills for effective client interaction and building strong relationships.Proven experience in sales and sales management, including achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate effectively in the real estate market.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.Previous experience in the real estate or construction industry is preferred.Fluency in both Arabic and English.
