The role includes managing the entire sales process, from prospecting new clients to closing deals, while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Responsibilities include promoting properties, negotiating contracts, providing exceptional customer service, and training and mentoring junior sales team members. The Senior Sales professional will also develop sales strategies to meet targets and collaborate with the marketing team for effective client acquisition.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and build lasting relationships.Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Experience in Training and mentoring team members to foster a productive and collaborative work environment.Hands-on understanding of the real estate market is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Proficient in CRM tools and sales reporting software.Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.must expriance in real estate munimum 2 years
