The Senior Sales Engineer will manage technical sales activities, provide specialized engineering consultations, assist in addressing customer inquiries or technical challenges, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, providing technical support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet sales objectives. The role requires balancing technical expertise with strong communication and problem-solving skills to align client needs with company solutions. Qualifications Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and a strong ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutionsProficiency in Sales methodologies, with demonstrated success in identifying opportunities and closing dealsStrong Technical Support and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectivelyExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting relationshipsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and navigate a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related fieldPrior experience in the glass or manufacturing industry is an advantageFluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
