The role focuses on understanding client needs, conducting site assessments, and offering effective, compliant, and safe pest control solutions.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in pest control and public health services.Conduct site inspections to assess pest issues and determine appropriate treatment solutions.Prepare and present technical proposals, service plans, and quotations to clients.Explain pest control methods, chemicals, safety measures, and preventive solutions to customers.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure correct implementation of treatment programs.Follow up with clients to ensure service satisfaction and long-term relationship building.Support after-sales service and handle client inquiries or complaints.Ensure all solutions comply with public health regulations and safety standards.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Science, Veterinary Medicine, Environmental Health, or related field.Strong knowledge of pest control methods and public health standards.Good understanding of chemical usage and safety procedures.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to conduct field visits and inspections.Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.Previous experience in pest control or public health services is preferred.Preferred SkillsExperience in B2B sales and contract managementAbility to prepare technical reports and service documentationStrong teamwork and field coordination skills
