Job Title - Senior Sales EngineerReporting To - Head of Service Sales - TSSEGLocation - Cairo, EgyptRole DescriptionThe Senior Sales Engineer is responsible for developing and maintaining business opportunities related to pumps, services, spare parts, and aftermarket solutions within the Irrigation and Power plants sectors. The role focuses on achieving sales growth targets, strengthening customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting customers with technical and commercial solutions aligned with Torishima standards.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesThe main job responsibilities and functions of the Senior Sales Engineer are listed below. The position may require additional duties/responsibilities that may not be outlined below, and specific functions are subject to change.Position TSS as the preferred partner of choice for customers.Unlock the full-service potential on installed base to generate growing revenue stream.Increase penetration on own installed base and target third party installed base.Educate the market on Torishima value proposition to position advanced service offerings focused on maximizing efficiency and reliability.Position Service Contracts concept to maximize customer loyalty and secure recurring revenues.Balance the G2M strategies to deliver growth in Irrigation and Power segment.Differentiate TSS in Irrigation and Power segment to win.Sustain and grow our customers network In Irrigation and Power segments.Hunt new customers and channels to market.Develop and grow existing customer accounts.Stretch the Limits of the Local and Export Markets to deliver growth.Drive growth in Irrigation and Power utilizing TSS strategy.Cover White Spots and adapting new sales models to grow profitably.Collaborate to achieve Significant Milestones in Irrigation and Power.Increase TORISHIMA Market Share in Irrigation and Power segments.Qualifications & RequirementsBSC degree in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 5-6 years of experience in sales and business development.Work experience across different industries and markets.Deep knowledge in pumping solutions and services.Good commercial background.Exceptional sales skills.Solid experience with pumps portfolio and Irrigation and Power Industry.Excellent Customer Relationship Management.In-depth Market Knowledge.Effective communication and presentation skills.Customer-oriented mindset.
