The role focuses on selling Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions, including understanding client business processes, identifying requirements, and matching them with appropriate system capabilities. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and leading solution-focused sales presentations. The senior sales professional will manage the full sales cycle, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with presales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery. Responsibilities also include maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing account management, and contributing to sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and market feedback for continuous improvement.Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to engage diverse stakeholders and build long-term relationships.Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in ERP or enterprise software environments.Experience delivering Training and product presentations to prospects, customers, and internal teams, with the ability to explain complex solutions in clear, business-oriented language.Proven experience selling Microsoft Dynamics ERP (e.g., Dynamics NAV/Business Central, LS Retail) or similar enterprise solutions, including managing full sales cycles and complex deals.Solid understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, supply chain, retail, and operations, and the ability to translate them into solution value propositions.Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in ERP/enterprise software sales.Comfort working in a collaborative environment with consultants, technical specialists, and leadership, and openness to continuous learning about Microsoft technologies and industry trends.
