Senior Sales Executive

GM ART INVESTMENTS is looking for motivated and ambitious Real Estate Sales Executives to join our growing team.If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the drive to achieve targets, we’d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:* Generate and follow up on potential clients.* Present and sell real estate projects to customers.* Conduct property viewings and client meetings.* Build and maintain strong client relationships.* Negotiate and close sales deals.* Achieve monthly sales targets.* Update client records using the CRM system.* Work closely with the sales team to maximize performance.Requirements:* 1–3 years of sales experience (Real Estate experience is a plus).* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.* Target-oriented with a positive attitude.* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.* Ability to work under pressure and within a team.* Preferred residence: 6th of October City or Sheikh Zayed.
