Role Description We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity at our 6th of October location. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, acquiring new customers, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, developing strategies to close deals, delivering presentations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to tailor insurance solutions that meet clients' unique needs. Qualifications Proven sales skills, including client relationship building, account management, and meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong understanding of market analysis, business strategy, and identifying growth opportunitiesExcellent communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to deliver presentations effectivelyCustomer service expertise, with a focus on fostering long-term client satisfactionTeam collaboration and problem-solving skillsProficiency in using CRM software and other sales toolsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldPrevious experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirableFluency in Arabic and proficiency in English is preferred
